Dear Altec Best,
The curves are not weighted, just row but measured in close field (about 50 cm from the LP cone).
Thank you for the tip!

Wow Dominique, that's a REAL A5! Tres, beau mon amis! Nice paint, too. I don't see the top wing on your photo, just the side wings. Is the top wing new and under the 1505?
You're welcome! I thought I saw something awhile back about you getting rid of them on ebay. Anyway, yeah, the original A800/A7 would have been driven with a ~matching impedance, so in effect a fairly high sysQ around 0.7 since the 803 had a ~0.41 Qts. for typical HIFI/HT apps then, sealed or at least ~aperiodic would be the way to go. Currently don't have your driver's specs available, so can't calculate base efficiency.

None of mine ever gave me any grief WRT hobbies as long as it didn't affect the family budget, though one did initially take issue with rebuilding the cycle for Daytona Bike Week in the house rather than the garage during a particularly cold/wet/snowy Winter.
After being on some audio BBs awhile, I finally had to ask what SAF, WAF stood for and was rather shocked at how many dudes around the world had decorating problems.

You want a contour [AKA parallel notch] filter though, so do initial design here and convert to signal level values if you can't find the PLLXO math: Parallel Notch Filter Designer / Calculator Help

Thank you GM! I will try to work on it!

Crossover for A7, A5 and others...
You will find the schematic attached to the first post. Very simple, easy to try. Normally, you should not switch back to your current crossover. Some of us have switched back from active to this passive crossover. Personally, I was using a 12db/octave designed by J. Hiraga. When I first listened my loudspeaker with this new crossover, it was a real chock! Just try it and let me know...

Yikes, that's gotten to be a BIG speaker. Nicely done. That must sound, very, very good. You've put the tweeter in the top wing? I've worried about that, because my tweeters are near the back more inline with the 288 and 416 voice coils.
GM. I kept all four 416s I own. The re-reconed and remaged versions are in the A5s now because they match closely. Qts is somewhere around 0.41, yes. Fb is 33Hz on both sealed boxes. I guess somewhere near 0.66 for system Q.
Yes... I had the same worry for the tweeters, but finally, nothing noticeable... At home, the main issue with time alignment was between the 1505B and the 825.
That looks great with the top wing!
And thanks for link to the filter discussion on M?laudia.
